But truly connected to that deeply restful and peaceful place within you that makes your heart feel full. Rediscover the power of your 5 senses through the combination of ancient yoga teachings and the magical horse-human connection, the beauty of Nature and wholesome nutrient rich foods.

Twice daily yoga and meditation practices led by Lynsie McKeown help you feel grounded and attuned to your inner awareness. Through awareness in action with horses, Gail Todter will guide you in learning how to set healthy boundaries, enhance your non-verbal communication skills, and learn to be fully present.

Horses offer a unique role as teacher and healer to further our own connection to Self-awareness, healing and inspiration.

Pat Leavitt will prepare wonderfully creative, tasty, and nutritious meals. Pat has been the head chef for Ligmincha International for many years. The menu is mostly organic, as locally sourced as possible (including the farm gardens), mostly wheat and dairy free, always enlivening.

Choose your accommodations. Sleep boundless with the stars as your canopy, in your own tent or bunk in the barn. A few indoor accommodations available for special needs (inquire in advance).
